Privacy Policy

WOMAX (“the Company”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and handles the personal data collected through the consultation chat and the online inquiry form as follows.

1. Items Collected and Method of Collection

· Required : name (or business name), phone number, subject, message
· Optional : e-mail address
· Automatically collected : date and time of access, IP address
Data is collected through the two channels below. In either case, only information the user enters directly is collected.
· Consultation chat : the chat window opened by the button at the lower right of the screen. A name or phone number may be included if the user chooses to provide it during the conversation.
· Online inquiry form : the form on the Online Inquiry page. No personal data is collected through this form while inquiry submission is suspended.
This form is currently suspended and is not collecting any personal data.

2. Purpose of Collection and Use

· Reviewing your consultation or inquiry and replying to it
· Consultation regarding products, distributorship and after-sales service
· Preventing misuse and managing access records
The data is not used for any other purpose without separate consent.

3. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for three (3) years after the inquiry has been handled, and is destroyed without delay thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties, except where required by law through due legal process.

5. Outsourcing of Processing

· Processor : Cafe24 Corp.  /  Scope : website server hosting
· Processor : The White Communication Co., Ltd. (chat service ‘TWC’)  /  Scope : operation of the consultation chat service (transmission, storage of conversations and management of consultation records)
Safe-handling obligations are stipulated in the outsourcing agreement.
All entrusted personal data is stored within the Republic of Korea and is not transferred overseas.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

You may at any time request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing of your personal data by contacting the officer listed in Section 10. The Company does not collect personal data from children under the age of 14.

7. Destruction Procedure

Electronic files are permanently deleted in an unrecoverable manner, and printed documents are shredded or incinerated.

8. Security Measures

· Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of staff.
· The administration screen requires a separate login.
· Passwords are stored using a one-way encryption method.
· Access logs are retained and protected against forgery.

9. Use of Cookies

The Company uses only the minimum cookies required to maintain a session.
The consultation chat stores a conversation identifier in your browser so that a chat is not lost. It is used only to keep the conversation connected and never for advertising. You may refuse cookies in your browser settings, which may limit some functions.

12. Changes to this Policy
